FREE VENUE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Booking must arrive before 1st April 2023
• Free room hire is applicable with a minimum contracted value of £7,500 + VAT. Any booking less than the minimum value will be applicable for room hire
• Must confirm booking before 5pm Tuesday 31st January 2023
• Full payment of the event will be required at the time of booking confirmation
• Offer is subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at any time
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Applicable for new bookings only
• Available on selected dates only
