Thursday 26th November saw Clatterbridge Hospital hold an afternoon tea and exhibition at The Venue at the Royal Liver Building, in aid of The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
Cartoonist Billy Tidy MBE partook in a live drawing session, some of his work was also auctioned off as part of the event, with all funds supporting the charity. Legendary comedian Ken Dodd MBE joined Bill in his presentation and kept guests amused all afternoon.
The event included a champagne reception, afternoon tea with cakes and sandwiches served on vintage china. Guests then enjoyed drinks into the early evening.
The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity is the only dedicated charity for patients and research at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. The Venue at the Royal Liver Building was delighted to support the charity, and help raise much-needed funds for an important cause.
