Our third wedding of June was yet another success for The Venue. The lovely couple, Nikki and Stuart, made the most of our blank canvas event space for a fantastic wedding reception. Nikki and Stuart added their own peacock styled decorations with centre pieces to match, this vibrant set up was one of the best we’ve seen at The Venue and made for a truly unique and special day.
Wedding guests enjoyed delicious dining by caterers Dougherty & Allen who served chicken and Stornaway black pudding Ballantine, sumptuous lamb rump with potato dauphinoise and red currant jus, and a trio of desserts.
The wedding party were delighted with the home-made wedding cake by Nikki’s mum, Dougherty & Allen’s cheese selection and a sweets table. The feedback we received from guests has been nothing but positive and we wish the happy couple all the best for the future!
