The Venue welcomed visitors from Unilever for an interactive workshop day. The session began in the morning where guests arrived to the Bertie Suite, one of the two function rooms here at The Venue, and a selection of breakfast baps and hot drinks were served on arrival.

The delegates were joined by Creative Discovery, specialists in visual presentations, graphic recording and all round expert workshop facilitators. Unilever wanted their employees to promote confident and creative solutions and Creative Discovery worked hand in hand with them to build a visual and dynamic environment for delegates.  Graphic recording provides instant content that can be shared and expressed with ease, it’s a great way to capture the atmosphere of an event and allowed attendees to engage visually on another level compared to the usual spider diagram.

The Bertie Suite’s large room layout was made the most of with sofa’s set up for a break out space to allow for creative activities. The buffet lunch was served on entry to the Bella Ballroom. Lunch included a finger buffet comprising of spiced lamb samosas and chicken teriyaki skewers, a hot fork buffet serving up an assortment of pie’s and hotpots and a hot sandwich selection.

The workshop proved to be another professional and successful event for this versatile space in Liverpool.
