A recent event saw team-building take on a 5 a day friendly twist, as the London Vegetable Orchestra arrived at the Royal Liver Building.
Guests arrived at lunchtime and enjoyed a finger buffet lunch complete with open and closed sandwiches, wraps, chicken teriyaki skewers, spiced lamb samosas, minted yoghurt, vegetable spring rolls, sweet chili and coriander dip.
Following lunch, guests moved into the Bertie Ballroom for a briefing, before getting to grips with the art of vegetable music!
The London Vegetable Orchestra is the UK’s only ensemble offering audiences real ‘Home Grown’ entertainment. As the group’s name suggests, the instruments are made up of hand-crafted local produce, and they sound as incredible as they look! The group taught teams how to play The Beatles’ hit ‘Hey Jude’, using vegetable instruments such as courgettes, butternut squash and carrot flutes.
