The recent news that the Royal Liver Building is to be put up for sale will have no impact on the future operation of The Venue.

The Concerto Group’s CEO, Sam Gill was quick to reassure both corporate and private clients who are planning to stage events in Liverpool’s most iconic wedding and events venue.

“We have an excellent working relationship with the Building’s management team at CBRE and we have the fully security of an unbreakable 10-year lease which gives us guaranteed operation here until 2024”.

CBRE’s Colin Thomasson, who is leading the sale, fully respects the many current tenants’ rights in saying:

“I think it is highly unlikely that any change of name will come about and there are 19 businesses in the building who all have leases, and those leases have many years left to run.”
